OpenGuild Community is run by the OG Core Team, a builder relation team focusing on expanding market entries and enhancing builders/organization awareness & collaboration for Polkadot in Southeast Asia and broader Asia.

#### [**Cris Nguyen**](https://x.com/crisnguyen99)

Cris has worked in the Polkadot ecosystem for 3 years, where he led the [Polkadot Insider](https://x.com/PolkadotInsider) team to become the biggest research and educational media platform in the Polkadot community. His focus had been on business development and partnerships, working with multiple parachains and applications by addressing their marketing and community needs and helping them with community campaigns and promotions. Cris is also a prolific connector of the Polkadot ecosystem in Southeast Asia with a focus on partners including VCs, media organizations and communities, and Web3 projects. Cris has successfully organized multiple events on behalf of Polkadot in Southeast Asia with 100+ attendees. He has also been a speaker at various events, bringing Polkadot closer to local crypto communities. Cris had a chance to work at Moonbeam Network as a Business Development professional based in Vietnam, focused on building partnerships with builders and facilitating growth for the broader Polkadot ecosystem for 6 months.

At the current stage, Cris’s focus is Strategy Lead and Operation Manager at OpenGuild to deliver regular workshops, events, hackathons, and technical community calls, becoming the important representative of the Polkadot network in Southeast Asia market and nearly becoming a middle point of contact for Polkadot/Parachain team to any potential vendors in the market. Furthermore, he is an ecosystem coordinator between multiple decentralized entities in APAC market and global to create meaningful outcome for every campaign.

#### [**Tin Chung**](https://x.com/chungquantin)

Tin has participated in a few blockchain hackathons, such as the Chainlink Spring Hackathon 2021, where my team was awarded as the Top Project Winner, and the International Blockchain Olympiad with the Category Award Winner.

Regarding Tin’s professional experience, he has experience working as a software engineer in multiple L1 blockchains, from Ethereum and Solana to Lightning Network L2 solutions on the Bitcoin blockchain, Tin is a former [Coin98 Wallet](https://x.com/coin98_wallet) engineer - one of the biggest wallet in SEA market with 10M+ users and ex-lead engineer at [Snowflake](https://x.com/snowflake_sol) - a multi-sig wallet with total 50M+ TVL at peak on Solana.

In his past startup working as a software engineer, he developed and maintained open-source SDKs and client libraries in Rust and TypeScript that help developers work with underlying protocols. On the other hand, Tin has spent a lot of time building and contributing to open-source software, especially the Polkadot SDK and Substrate framework for blockchain builders.

At the current stage, he is a PBA graduate at Singapore Cohort (Wave 5) and Dev Rel Lead at OpenGuild / Polkadot SEA with a focus on preparing technical workshop content, hosting a monthly Hackathon at OpenGuild, in charge of all the technical development. Tin was also a Rust Mentor at [Vietnam Biggest Hackathon](https://x.com/ZKPLabs/status/1792577402943701118) organized by ZKP Labs and GM Vietnam on behalf of Polkadot.

#### [**Patricia Arro**](https://x.com/polka_pat)

Patricia has been in the blockchain space doing community marketing management for over 6 years and has worked for blockchain startups in different industries like agritech, fintech, defi, and top exchanges like Bybit and [Crypto.com](http://Crypto.com). Her experience started working for a crypto agency where Patricia was the blockchain educator and trainer of community moderators. This led to acquiring more experience in strategic community management that allowed her to work with Product Managers, Engineers, Dev Rels, Marketing, and Sales.

Fast forward to early 2023. Patricia worked at [Parity](https://x.com/paritytech) as Polkadot’s APAC Community Manager, managing and growing APAC Ambassadors, activating local communities, and curating events/meetups. During this time, she fostered relationships with local web3 leaders, which now helps boost her current initiatives.

Currently, Patricia is part of OpenGuild which is mainly focused on growing, educating, and activating Polkadot’s developer communities in Southeast Asia. With this, she’s also representing Polkadot in the region by being invited to speak to multiple blockchain and crypto events like AIBC, Southeast Asia Blockchain Week, Thailand Blockchain Week, Sub0 Asia (as host), and multiple local/Philippine initiatives.
